All customised item or hamper including individual items from hamper are non refundable.

 

All items are carefully inspected before mailing out. Raw Ribbon only accept individual priced non customised item with packaging for refund due to manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of delivery. Kindly mail the item back to us to proceed with refund.
